Everyone is invited to submit proposals for posters according to the following general and the specific guidelines stated below:
Everyone is invited to submit proposals for posters according to the following general and the specific guidelines stated below:
- Priority will be given to studies performed at or in collaboration with PALOP research and/or health institutions, however, all submissions related to the theme will be considered;
- The official language of the congress is Portuguese, but proposals in English and Spanish will be accepted;
- Each participant can be the first author of a maximum of two posters.
Among the general evaluation criteria are:

- Creativity and innovation;
- Focus on the main target audience of the congress: public from PALOPs with the interest to control and eliminate the transmission of malaria and its vectors;
- Clear, objective, accessible, and structured language;
- Absence of spelling and grammatical errors;
- Precise, appealing, and descriptive title of the proposed activity;
- Relevance to the congress theme.
For proposal submission, it is necessary to indicate:

- Type of proposal;
- Details of all authors (name and institutions);
- Identification of the author who will present the work;
- Title (up to 80 characters);
- Abstract (up to 2500 characters);
- Four keywords for the work.

The results of the the poster proposal submission will be communicated, via the email provided in the form, by April 23th.

Orientation and specific guidelines for Posters
- The poster dimensions should be A0 (841 x 1189 mm);
- The suggested font sizes are: Title: 60 pt; Author/s: 28 pt; Affiliation(s): 18 pt; Subheading: 54 pt; Body of text: 34 pt. Smaller fonts may be used in subtitles, citations and, acknowledgement.
- Tables, illustrations, and photographs should be distributed sequentially with a caption below each illustration and photographs.
